Crisis Mode Resources

Have you been carrying your baggage for so long that the bag has busted open and all of your stuff has exploded all over you and those around you? If so, this is Crisis Mode. It can be a dangerous place if you don’t have the tools required to handle it.

If you or someone you love is in Crisis Mode and you or they are up sh*t creek without a paddle, then please reach out for help. Listed below are numbers and links for a variety of crisis organizations (most available 24/7) that are able to connect people with the help and resources they need. If you are drowning, please, reach out and grab a life preserver.

Don’t let your story end here. The only constant in life is change, so whatever you are struggling with right now will not last forever.
